Referrals Not Leads
Started in October 1996, the Executive Success Club is not a leads group - it's a referral group. What's the difference? A lead is saying to someone, "I noticed that a new flower shop opened on Main Street. They could probably use your services." A referral is saying, "I know Mary Smith, and she's opening up a flower shop on Main Street. I've talked to her about your service and she's interested in speaking with you. Here's her phone number." See the difference?
